Please provide below your first and last name as well as email address.  We will need the exact billing address of the credit card that is being used.  Also include what you want the name of your site to be, for example, www.bookmytravel.com/yoursitename. 

The business address, the phone number, and the email address you list below will all appear on your bookmytravel.com Website.  If you do not want this contact information on your Website or want different contact information on your Website, make note of it in the Comments section below.

After we setup your site by filling out the form below, you will be able to use your own domain name, if you have one, or you can purchase a new domain name by clicking here.  When we setup the site, we will contact you via email.  A one month trial period is included to allow you try out our services.  If you do not cancel before that trial ends, we will then charge your credit card and start your subscription.  Your 30-day trial starts once we email you that site is up.  That month will be included as one of your months if you continue. 

REMEMBER, this special prepaid rate is 2 years for a single payment of $599.  You also have the option of signing up for our standard $49.95/month rate below.  Both payment options have the 30-day free trial period.
