MAKING A RESERVATION

How do I make a reservation?
Our reservation process is simple. Enter the desired city and your travel dates, plus number of guests. Click SEARCH NOW and the search engine will bring back a list of available hotels and rates. You can also select various refine search criteria depending on what is important to you. For example, you can search by area of town, star rating or hotel name.

When the Search Results page is returned, you will see a list of hotels with rooms available on the dates you requested. Along with the hotel name and address, you will see special rates that we have negotiated with the hotel. To book the room, click on the BOOK NOW button. For additional information about the hotel, click on the MORE HOTEL INFORMATION button and you will be presented with a description of the hotel, pictures, policies, facilities and amenities information.

Once the available rates and room types appear, you may scroll through and review the rates and the descriptions of the rooms. To see additional room types and rates, click on the MORE RATES ANSD ROOMS button. To select the room rate and type you would like, simply click the BOOK NOW button.

The Reservation Recap will display once you have selected a room type/rate. Your arrival/departure dates and hotel information will be summarized at the top of the screen. Review this information carefully to make sure this is the hotel and the dates for which you would like to book a reservation.

The following Booking Request Fields are required to make book a hotel:

First Name:
Enter the First Name of the guest.

Last Name:
Enter the Last Name, or surname, of the guest.

Credit Card Type:
Select the type of credit card you will be entering. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Carte Blanche.

Credit Card Number:
All hotel reservations require a credit card number for pre-payment or to guarantee the reservation. Since making the reservation is a secure transaction, the credit card number will be encrypted for security purposes. Please enter the entire credit card number without spaces or dashes.

Expiration Date:
Enter the month and year expiration date of the credit card.

Credit Card Holder’s Name:
Please enter the name of the credit card holder exactly as it appears on the credit card.

Street Address:
Next, enter the address, city, state/province, postal code, country and home phone.

Email Address:
Enter a contact email address for the guest. A confirmation of the reservation will be sent to this email address. If the reservation is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation notification will also be forwarded to this email address. For security purposes, any notifications sent via email will not contain credit card numbers.

The Hotel Reservation Confirmation screen recaps your hotel booking and gives you the opportunity to purchase, modify or cancel the reservation. It is critical that you check the dates, property name, room and rate description, rate total, cancellation policy and billing information. When you purchase the reservation, a Hotel Reservation Confirmation page will appear with the booking confirmation number and other reservation information. We also recommend that you print this page for your records. When your reservation has been confirmed, a notification will be displayed on your screen and a copy will be sent to the email address provided when making the reservation.

What is a pre-paid hotel reservation?
Pre-payment from guests allows hotels to extend their deepest discounts; up to 50% or more off the hotel’s retail price. Your hotel reservation is charged to your credit card at the time of the booking. Hotels usually collect payment information separately for incidentals such as meals, movies, parking and phone calls. Cancellation terms and fees apply to pre-paid bookings.

Why should I prepay for my hotel stay?
Avoid Rate Increases: Prepaying your hotel room assures the deep discount rate is locked-in and paid, so you will not be subject to room rate increases.

Easy Arrival: Seamless connectivity with hotels guarantees the reservation in the hotel’s reservation system. That gives you peace of mind in knowing you can simply check in and begin enjoying your stay.

How are hotels able to offer deeply discounted rates online?
Reserving rooms online costs less than calling hotels directly and booking a room with an operator or travel agent. Simply stated, booking a room online is a less expensive way to sell the room. Also, prepayment saves hotels the costs associated with billing and accounting. These savings are passed to the consumer as discounted rates for hotel rooms.

Do you offer offer other discounted rates, besides your prepaid program?
Yes. In addition to our prepaid program, which offers special discount rates negotiated with hotels and require pre-payment, we offer access to many other rates.

What other fees or taxes may be charged when I book a room?
Hotel room rates are subject to various taxes (like city and state) depending upon the city. Additional fees, such as resort charges and processing fees may also be assessed.

What payment methods do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche. For your protection, we use an automated address verification system to verify billing information. At this time, we accept both debit and credit cards issued by U.S. banks.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates are based on double occupancy per room and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise noted. Additional people, children, rollaway beds and other additions may be subject to additional charges upon check-in.

Can I see additional details about the hotels?
Absolutely. We access a database full of pictures and information about each property to assist you in selecting the hotel that best meets your needs.

When I make a reservation, is the confirmation number I receive from the hotel?
Yes. Because we link directly into each hotel’s computer reservation system, you are issued the hotel’s confirmation number when you book a room. You can be confident that the hotel will have your confirmation number upon check-in.

Do I need to submit personal information?
Unlike other travel sites, you are not required to submit personal information to shop for rates. When you book a room using this site, you will need to enter credit card information, address and other personal information necessary to complete your purchase.

Can I book more than one hotel room at a time?
At this time, you can only book one room at a time. In the future, we plan to provide you the ability to book up to four rooms at the same time online.

Can I use special coupons from the hotel?
At this time, we cannot accept special hotel coupons.

How do I retrieve my room reservation after it is made?
Click on the MY RESERVATIONS tab, and ill in your first name, last name, credit card number used for the booking and confirmation number as provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot access your reservation, please contact customer service at 866-437-8131 (US and Canada) or 817-665-0195 (toll charges apply).

HOW TO CHECK-IN

What will I need to check-in?
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to present a valid photo I.D. to check-in. You will also need a valid credit card to pay for incidental charges, such as telephone calls, parking and room service. We encourage you to also take along a copy of your reservation confirmation page.

HOW TO CHECK-OUT

How do I check-out?
Because your room is pre-paid, the charges you will be responsible for at check-out are for additional hotel services you used during your stay. These additional charges include such items as extra people in your room, rollaway beds, room service, energy surcharges, resort fees and parking.

No. All information provided us is 100% secure and confidential.

How can I be sure my credit card information is safe?
Along with your privacy, your financial security is of utmost importance to us. Our booking engine guarantees a secure transaction because we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL is the industry standard for encrypting your personal information – so you can book your hotel rooms with confidence.

AFTER YOUR TRIP

When my credit card bill arrived, I noticed there was another charge from the hotel. What is this?
The charges you see might be the incidentals you charged during your hotel stay. Restaurant meals, room service, movies, parking and any other fees not considered as room and tax will be billed directly by the hotel at check-out. If you have questions about any charges, please call 866-437-8131 (US and Canada) or 817-665-0195 (toll charges apply) and a representative will be happy to assist you.

How can I get a receipt for my hotel room?
It is critical to keep the confirmation page issued at the time of booking. You will also receive an email confirmation, which can be used as a receipt. If you need a receipt after your trip, you can access historical data from our website. From the hotel reservation page, click on MY RESERVATIONS. Fill in you first name, last name, credit card number used for the booking, and confirmation number as provided in your reservation confirmation email. If you cannot view your reservation, please call Customer Service at 866-437-8131 (US and Canada) or 817-665-0195 (toll charges apply).

Can I view my past reservations?
Yes, we archive all paid transactions. To access, you will need the confirmation number and credit card number used to make the reservation. From the hotel reservation page, click on MY RESERVATIONS. Fill in you first name, last name and credit card number used for the booking and confirmation number as provided in your reservation confirmation email. If you cannot view your reservation, please call Customer Service at 866-437-8131 (US and Canada) or 817-665-0195 (toll charges apply).
