What if I need to cancel my reservation?
To cancel an existing hotel reservation, click on the MY RESERVATIONS tab. You will need to enter your first and last name, the credit card number used for the booking and the hotel confirmation number. If you cannot find your confirmation number, call 866-437-8131 (US and Canada) or 817-665-0195 (toll charges apply). The next screen will show the Hotel Reservation summary and will allow you to cancel the booking. A confirmation of your cancelled reservation will be sent to the email address given at the time of reservation.

Please keep in mind that pre-paid reservations are subject to cancellation penalties and are non-transferable/non-changeable. If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be done on this website. Any refund due from your cancellation will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase, less the appropriate cancellation fees. Hotels cannot make changes or cancellations to pre-paid reservations under any circumstances. Along with our cancellation fees, hotels may assess additional fees. Please refer to your original confirmation for specific hotel cancellation policy information.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to 12 p.m. (local property time) on the day of arrival will be assessed a $25 cancel fee. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to 12 p.m. (local property time) on the day of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax, plus a $25 cancel fee. Cancellations after 12 p.m. (local property time) on the day of arrival will not receive a refund. You will be asked to agree to the cancellation policy before you can proceed with your booking.

NOTE: A hotel may require more than 48 hours notice for cancellations. This will be stated on the Hotel Page during the hotel search and on the Reservation Confirmation Page prior to purchase.

How do I change my dates of stay?
Currently, changes to your reservation are not supported; you must cancel the original reservation and rebook for the new dates. However, we suggest you first check availability for the new desired dates, to avoid any disappointment from canceling your first booking if the new dates are not available. Cancellation fees will still apply, as the first reservation is considered cancelled, but credit will be given for unused room nights if applicable per the cancellation penalty.
