    • Payment is made online using Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
    • No additional charge is made for credit card payments.
    • Full payment is required to make a reservation.
    • The charge on your credit card statement will be listed as VIATOR.
    • Payment via phone or fax is not available.

  2. Taxes and charges
    There are no hidden fees, taxes or charges payable upon arrival at your destination. Certain tour products include optional itinerary components that may be charged separately should you elect to take them; these are clearly noted on the product page.

  3. Refund Policy
    Should you need to cancel a booking, we endeavor to obtain a full refund from our suppliers. However, we do have a schedule of cancellation fees that may be applied. Refer to our full Terms & Conditions for details.
