Booking Modifications
All changes required for Internet bookings must be made directly with our reservation specialists. Contact us directly at (877) GO-SUPER or (954) 925-0925. Please read and review all terms on the Internet confirmation page along with the mailed invoice confirmation and conditions applicable to the reservation.
Deposit Requirements
Booked Within 1 to 7 Days Prior to Arrival:
Payment in full is required within 24 hours. Any booking without full payment within 24 hours will be cancelled on the following business day.
Booked Within 8 to 35 Days Prior to Arrival:
Payment in full is required within 48 hours. Any booking without full payment within 48 hours will be cancelled on the following business day.
Booked More Than 35 Days Prior to Arrival:
A resort deposit of $100 per person (maximum $300 per booking) and $125 (non-refundable) per airline ticket plus any optional trip insurance (non-refundable) are required within 5 days after the booking. Payment in full required 35 days prior to arrival. Any booking without the necessary deposit amount will be cancelled on the 6th day.

Breezes Resorts
For Breezes Bahamas, Breezes Runaway Bay and Breezes Montego Bay
Individuals, 14 years of age or older, can stay at these Breezes resorts based on adult rates. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older).
Children (under 14 years of age) and infants can not be accommodated at these Breezes resorts
Note: For Breezes Bahamas Resort, during the months of March, April and May, no triple occupancy allowed and you must be at least 21 years of age to stay.
For Breezes Costa do Sauipe, Breezes Curacao, Breezes Punta Cana and Breezes Puerto Plata

Children Pricing
Infants [0 to 23 months] are free and children [2 to 13 years] require an additional daily supplement charge (based on one child per full paying adult; supplement varies based on resort and time of travel).

One adult and one child will price as one adult (single guarantee) and one child
One adult and two children will price as two adults (double) and one child
One adult and three children will price as two adults (double) and two children
Two adults and one child will price as two adults (double) and one child

Room Occupancy
Room occupancy is based on the total number of adults, children (and in some cases, infants) being assigned to one room.
Occupants:
When the message 'Maximum of # Occupants' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # adults, children and infants are allowed.
Adults/Children:
When the message 'Maximum of # Adults/Children' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # adults and children allowed. If requested, an infant will be allowed in addition to the total # of adults/children.
Adults:
When the message 'Maximum of # Adults' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # adults are allowed.
Children:
When the message 'Maximum of # Children' is displayed, this implies that no more than a total of # children are allowed.
Single Share Vs. Single Guarantee
Single Share
Represents one guest willing to share a room with an undetermined guest (of the same gender). This is normally 50% of the price of a double occupancy rate for two guests in a room (prices may vary).

Single Guarantee
Represents one guest staying alone in a room. This is normally 75% of the price of a double occupancy rate for two guests in a room (prices may vary).
Super Select (Run of House)

ROH - Standard
Guests selecting this accommodation will be assigned to the lowest of the available room types at the time of arrival.
ROA - Au Naturel
Guests selecting this accommodation will be assigned to the lowest of the available 'Au Naturel' room types at the time of arrival. Not available at all times, limited to promotional date periods.
Super Surprise, Super Surprise Plus,
Super Surprise Plus Plus and Lido Surprise
(All travelers must be 18 years of age or older. SuperClubs reserves the right to change your assigned resort up to the time of arrival. 2 night minimum stay. Accommodation assigned to 'Run of House'. Guests may be assigned to a Grand Lido Penthouse suite, a Breezes Montego Bay Cabin room, or any SuperClubs' accommodation in between. Golf fees are included for Super Surprise reservations assigned to either Breezes Runaway Bay or to a Grand Lido resort. Some restrictions apply. Offer not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Weddings and renewal of vows not included.)

The Presidential Perks Package includes roundtrip air transportation from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay to Grand Lido Negril in Negril or roundtrip private car transfer from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay to Grand Lido Braco in Trelawny. A personal concierge will greet you upon arrival. Package includes one complimentary spa treatment for each person during their stay, arranged for you personally by the concierge. Transportation and Resort Location
Private bus transfers from the airport to the resort and back are included (except for Breezes Punta Cana, Breezes Puerto Plata and 'Breezes Costa do Sauipe - starting 11/01/03'). Sign in at the SuperClubs desk outside the arrival hall of the airport upon arrival. The resort's reservations department can confirm return flights and transfers.

Hedonism II is located 55 miles west of Montego Bay on the west coast of Jamaica (northern end of Negril's seven mile beach). Driving time of ~1 hour from the Montego Bay Airport (
new highway now open !).
Hedonism III is located 35 miles east of Montego Bay on the north coast of Jamaica (in Runaway Bay). Driving time of ~1 hour and 25 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport.
Grand Lido Braco is located 32 miles east of Montego Bay on the north coast of Jamaica (in Trelawny). Driving time of ~1 hour and 10 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport.
Grand Lido Negril is located 55 miles west of Montego Bay on the west coast of Jamaica (in Negril). Driving time of ~1 hour from the Montego Bay Airport (
new highway now open !).
Breezes Bahamas is located 5 miles from Nassau, Bahamas located on Cable Beach. Driving time of ~15 minutes from the Nassau International Airport.
Breezes Costa do Sauipe is located 45 miles from the Salvador Airport on the east coast of Brazil. Driving time of ~1 hour from the airport to the resort.
Breezes Curacao is located 10 miles southeast of the Hato International Airport on the south coast of Curacao. Driving time of ~20 minutes from the airport through Williamstad to the resort.
Breezes Punta Cana is located ~20 miles from the Punta Cana Airport on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic. Driving time of ~30 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport.
Breezes Puerto Plata is located ~8 miles from the Puerto Plata Airport on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Driving time of ~20 minutes from the Puerto Plata Airport.
Breezes Runaway Bay is located 34 miles east of Montego Bay on the north coast of Jamaica (near Runaway Bay). Driving time of ~1 hour and 20 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport.
Breezes Montego Bay is located ~2 miles west of Montego Bay on the north coast of Jamaica (in Montego Bay). Driving time of ~5 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport.

Air transfer arrangements can be made for domestic scheduled or charter flights to and from the resort at an additional charge. Please contact us for further information.

Airport/Resort Transfers
(Punta Cana, Puerto Plata and Costa do Sauipe Only)
Those travelers purchasing airport/resort transfers will be shuttled from the airport to the resort and back as associated to their arrival and departure dates. Further details will be supplied with your vouchers upon final payment. If air tickets are not purchased online, your air itinerary must be supplied (at least 5 days before travel) before transfers can be purchased.

Travel time of 30 minutes from Punta Cana airport to Breezes Punta Cana resort.
Travel time of 20 minutes from Puerto Plata airport to Breezes Puerto Plata resort.
Travel time of 90 minutes from La Romana airport to Breezes Puerto Plata resort.
Travel time of 3 1/2 hours from Santo Domingo airport to Breezes Puerto Plata or Puerto Plata resorts.
Travel time of ~1 hour from Salvador airport to Breezes Costa do Sauipe resort.

To deselect (opt-out of) airport/resort transfers, select the value of zero (0) in the 'Number of Travelers' drop-down box or the blank value in the transfer price drop-down box.
Trip Insurance
Those travelers purchasing trip insurance will be covered for land and air trip cancellations and interruptions (airfare is not covered if added separately by a travel agent or purchased separately by the traveler). Benefits for each traveler include all non-refundable portions of trip costs (resort, airfare, and cancellation penalties), $100,000 for accidental death / dismemberment, $10,000 for emergency medical, hospital and dental care, $20,000 for emergency medical, evacuation/repatriation and transportation, $100 for baggage delay, $1,000 for lost or damaged baggage / travel documents and trip delay ($100 per day / $500 maximum). This program includes 'LiveTravel 24 hour Assistance' and 'Travel Guard Assistance'. Other benefits also apply. Pre-existing medical condition exclusion waived if insurance is purchased by final trip payment.

Airfare Information
Airports/Gateways
Availability and pricing of airline tickets through the Internet is limited to the specified airports/gateways listed in the drop-down box on the 'Price Quote' page. From time to time, we will add to the list of gateways available via the Web. If your gateway of origination is not available for selection, please contact our reservation specialists directly at (877) GO-SUPER or (954) 925-0925 for additional gateway and land pricing.
Published Flights and Airfare
Airport taxes and surcharges applied to all travelers regardless of age (including infants under 24 months of age) and have been included in the package price. This surcharge and tax is calculated at the time of reservation, and is subject to fluctuations (maximum of $20 per ticket once deposit is received).
Air Ticket Restrictions
Tickets are valid for the named passengers only. No name changes are allowed; tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Changes to existing tickets will incur a minimum of $125 per person penalty plus any applicable airfare differences. Please make sure that the travelers' names are submitted as it appears on legal documents (passports, birth certificates).

The base price [excluding taxes and surcharges] of the airfare is guaranteed once deposit is paid. Air tickets are protected against fuel charge and tax increases once paid in full and ticketed. Cancellations subject to airline penalties. Airfare deposit is non-refundable. If clients have received the actual airline tickets, then airfare is non-refundable.
Published Flights and Airfare
For published flights, full payment is required immediately to secure your seats and tickets. Please make a credit card payment directly online (see 'Payment Options' on the Confirmation page) or call us directly to submit payment.
Airline Scheduled Changes
We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred due to flight cancellations or airline flight schedule changes that are beyond our control.
International Departure Tax
An additional international departure tax may be required based on the destination country. Please refer to the following information:
Jamaica:
The International Departure tax (~$28.00 US) per traveler is INCLUDED in bookings with airfare. Look for the code "WD" on the airline ticket.
Bahamas:
The International Departure tax (~$18.00 US) per traveler is NOT included in bookings with airfare. Must have cash available to be paid directly to airport agent in order to leave the country.
Curacao:
The International Departure tax (~$20.00 US) per traveler is INCLUDED in bookings with airfare. Look for the code "AN" on the airline ticket.
Dominican Republic:
The International Departure tax (~$10.00 US) per traveler is NOT included in bookings with airfare. Look for the code "WD" on the airline ticket.
Airfare as Pertaining to Children
A maximum of one infant allotted per traveling adult. Additional infants per adult will require additional airfare.
Example:
b) If airfare is required for one adult and two infants, then a child ticket is required for the second infant.
c) No additional tickets required for two adults, two children and two infants.
Children from 2 years to under 12 years of age (by the time that travel is completed) are charged ~80% of an adult airfare. Children 12 years and older (by the time that travel is completed) and all adults are charged 100% of the current airfare rates.
Infants (under 24 months of age) are charged airfare if a seat is requested and reserved for them specifically. If so, there is a charged of ~80% of an adult airfare for each reserved seat.
Pricing Policy
We strive to offer the most accurate rates and information available. We do reserve the right to correct any errors. We will contact you within two business days to review and reconcile any erroneous information. This policy supercedes any guarantees or confirmations given.
Disputes
Our intention is to resolve any issues and written complaints in an amicable manner. However, all legal disputes pertaining to reservations will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All matters arising in other countries are governed by the laws of those countries.
